Delivery and returns

All prices include the cost of packaging.

Comics are enclosed in plastic bags with cardboard backing, and posted in sturdy cardboard book mailers, graphic novels are also delivered in cardboard book mailers.

Free delivery for orders over £25 within the UK.

All items are insured.

Delivery via royal mail, in stock items will be posted the next working day 1st class, so will normally be with you within 3 working days (please note this is not guaranteed)

Bank Holiday

The Post Office is closed on Monday the 6th of May, so any orders placed after 11am on Saturday the 4th of May will be posted off on Tuesday the 7th of May. 

The Post Office is closed on Monday the 27th of May, so any orders placed after 11am on Saturday the 25th of May will be posted off on Tuesday the 28th of May. 

Delivery charges to UK

Flat rate of £2.00 for all orders.

Any items posted with free delivery are posted 1st class only.

Other delivery options Recorded delivery 1st class available at a flat rate of £3.00

Next day delivery £6.00 Order must be placed and paid for by 3pm to be delivered on the next working day. Please note is ordering on a Saturday for guaranteed Monday delivery the order must be placed and paid for by 10.30am on the Saturday morning.

Saturday Guaranteed Delivery £9.00

Order must be placed and paid for by 3pm on the Friday

Please note next day delivery will not be available for Friday the 6th through to Thursday the 12th of July 2012.

International Delivery

All international orders will be posted via Airmail (non-trackable) Europe flat rate of £4.00, Rest of World flat rate of £8.00 Airmail Delivery timescales 3-7 working days, please note these are not guaranteed timescales)

Returns Policy

All items for return or exchange must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt . Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside of the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of THECOMICBOOKSTORE.CO.UK. The cost of returning the items is at the customers expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect then we will refund the cost of postage (at the company's standard postage rates)

Please package up the goods you are returning safely, together with your name, order number and the reason for the return. We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to THECOMICBOOKSTORE.CO.UK.

Exchanges/replacements will be posted the next working day using the same postage method as the original order unless otherwise stated.

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of return of the item. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments. International customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
